Dear Friend,
On August 1, Dr. Tim Seelig will join the H4PJ staff as director of a new program called Art for Peace & Justice (Art4PJ). After 20 years as the Artistic Director of the world-renowned Turtle Creek Chorale, Tim Seelig is joining H4PJ to help change the world with the same passion with which he has led the Chorale.
This is one of the most exciting things to happen in this community in a long time.
In response to the announcement of Dr. Seelig’s addition to our staff, a generous donor offered a $250,000 challenge gift to help fund H4PJ for the next year. So far, a handful of supporters have contributed more than $175,000 to match this gift. Now, we need your help to provide the remaining $75,000. Make a donation today and the impact of your gift will be doubled.

Under Tim’s charismatic leadership, the Turtle Creek Chorale became a world-class organization that not only set the standard for male choral music, but also became a force for education and change. I have no doubt that he will do the same with Art for Peace & Justice.
We are excited about this new program and how H4PJ can bring together artists of all kinds for change. You can support this program today and double your gifts. Help make a difference today!
Double your donation today!
We are very excited about welcoming Dr. Seelig to our staff. Together, we can do amazing things to bring awareness to social justice issues. Help us be a better voice for progressive people of faith! Double your donation today! Your gift would mean more than you can imagine.

Thank you!
Blessings,

Beware of Fridays
It is true that every White House has, for the past few decades, released bad news on Fridays as the weekly news cycle shifts into low gear. The theory is that on the weekends American's have better things to pay attention to than the shenanigans of their politicians. Over the past six years the Bush/Rove White House has certainly perfected that strategy. You can be sure that almost anything they say on Friday is something they don't want you to pay too much attention to. This past Friday was no exception…
